Data deletion request
You can request deletion of your account data or data linked to your use of the Ostora Live app and website. We process requests within a reasonable time after verifying account ownership.
What can be deleted?
- Membership account data (name, email, profile photo if any).
- Follows and settings linked to the account.
- Your predictions and comments linked to the account when requested.
We may keep limited technical logs for a short period for security and legal compliance (for example abuse prevention).
How to request deletion
- Open the Contact us — Legal form.
- Choose the “Legal” department and write in the message: Account data deletion request.
- Include the email registered on the app/site and any account ID you know.
- We will confirm, then delete or explain anything we must retain for legal reasons.
